When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, the option you select under “I’m interested in,” and anything you write in the message field. That submission is emailed to our office inbox. We do not require you to create an account to browse the site.
If you sign up for a property portal account through our listing search, that account is created and held by Flexmls, the platform that supplies our MLS listing data. Saved searches, saved listings and listing alerts are stored there under their terms and privacy policy, not on this website.
Like most websites, our host records standard server log data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Our page-caching plugin and the listing search set functional cookies — for example, remembering how many listings you chose to show per page. If you log in to the property portal, that service sets its own cookies to keep you signed in.
We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session-recording tools or similar tracking on this site.
Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers and Google may log your IP address as part of serving those files. Listing data and property search are provided by Flexmls / FBS. Our brokerage relationship means enquiries may also be shared with Keller Williams Realty where required.
We use what you send us to answer your enquiry, arrange showings, provide valuations, and carry out our work as your agent if you engage us. We use it to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed real estate professionals in New Jersey. We do not sell your personal information.
If you give us your phone number or use the “Text Us” link, we may contact you by phone or SMS about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP or telling us directly.
Enquiries are kept in our email and client records for as long as needed to work with you and to satisfy the record-retention rules that apply to real estate transactions in New Jersey. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. New Jersey residents have rights under the New Jersey Data Privacy Act, including the right to access, correct, delete and obtain a copy of personal data, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Blocking functional cookies may stop parts of the listing search working as intended.
This site is intended for adults looking to buy, sell or rent property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents such as financial statements or identification through the contact form — ask us for a secure method instead.
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
